Leaving Agropoli at 9.30 a.m., we will ride mountain bike along a track heading to the enchanting bay Vallone, originally a natural harbour for Greeks and Romans. After a bath we will visit an abandoned village with the ruin of a roman tomb and the former church of St. John. Just a short break for a picnic lunch and our excursion will continue along the rugged coast from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the landscape till Punta Licosa. The return to Agropoli is scheduled in the late evening.
