After breakfast at 9.00 am departure from Agropoli by car/bus to Palinuro. From the port of Palinuro, boat ride and visit to the blue cave, home of Ulysses' sirens, possibility of taking a bath. 12.30pm return to land for free lunch, afternoon on the beach. 4.30pm departure from Palinuro and return to Agropoli at 6pm.
